I have the exact same problem I find the spring rate is to stiff for the damper to handle so you think a custom spring with a softer spring rate would stop this from happening to the damper ?

Use a bench press and push the bearing out and then push a new one in it . Or unscrew it and order a bottom part of the shock

i also bought these and my fronts would knock straight away, and would flex the top mount plate heavily, took them off and sent them back the next week for refund, stay away from them.

Car has to be secured when lifting up..... i appreciate your video but should not be taken as an exemple for sure...
