2010 is the first chapter of , " Rebuilding America" Chapter 1. Fair Tax passes in Congress. Water boarding BANNED(on children). Every Qualified adult is required to carry a gun, AT ALL TIMES. Every 6+ yr old is required to take a gun safety course once a year. The boarder is the new firing range (civilian and military). Drug test welfare cases. Execute more hardened violent criminals and corrupt politicians. That's just the first paragraph!
