First thing i am truly sorry hugs 💞 I have the exact pain like you do .I am 57 and can hardly walk. Severe spinal stenosis And degenerative disc disease and I have hernations . I'm having such pain down my legs and into my knee .I guess it major compression . I refuse to have any form of surgery.They wanted to do this procedure called the mild . They've take part of the bone and ligaments to make room in the spinal canal. I was all set up to do it but then when he said it only can last from 3 months to 3 years I said no. I Just figured I would have a bunch of scar tissue and have more problems. My pain is so bad I can hardly walk and I feel like I'm 90 years old. I just don't no what to do .
