Teachers, social workers, medical professionals all have an ethical duty of care to report abusers. The moral advisor to the King apparently doesn’t - yes he should be arrested and interviewed under caution immediately. Yet hes probably still living in Lambeth Palace and still receiving his wage of £85k a year. Sick.
