In the second video made in the fairground in Humulesti on a fair day (beginning of December 2023) we enter into discussions with two farmers from Grumazesti commune, owners of sheep and coming to the fair in Târgu Neamt (now in Humulesti, on Ozana river bank) to sell fresh cheeses (curd, ”urda”) or prepared since summer (bellows cheese). Christmas fast has only just begun, but people still buy cheeses, which are somehow better accepted than meat. The cheese can also be used to make pies. We learn about the "secrets" of traditional cheese preparation and shepherd's work from the talks held by Lucian Georgescu, watching the video.
