The fact this band doesn't have album after album after album is one of the greatest tragedies to happen to ever happen to rock!

@@marcpomaville9429 Ah, that's too bad. These guys are freaking amazing live, far beyond their albums. And they're legit down to earth dudes. Hung out with them after shows (and before shows) back when they were still touring. Darroh and Cliff are fuckin' amazing dudes to their fans.

I had never seen these sessions either, and holy hell his voice is incredible when he's nice and relaxed in this setting. I'm not used to seeing him not completely covered in sweat and going insane on stage, which always made his live vocals suffer a bit.

Seeing these 5 guys play, one take, acoustic songs, flawlessly is simply awesome, I hate to use the comparison but, being the age I am, I can remember when a band did a similar one-take acoustic set like this and it was awesome in it's day, sold a ton of copies, and that band was Guns N' Roses....(LIES).....what other band has the BALLS to record a one taker like this nowdays?.......I'd bet no one I'm a HUGE Fair to Midland fan, and if anyone has not seen them live, put it on your bucket list!

this band is so fucking under-rated everyone in the band is so damn amazing I seriously do not understand why they aren't taking over been a huge fan since their first ep I randomly found on iTunes they are some of the best musician's of our time without a doubt and they deserve so much more recognition the lyrics (insanely perfect vocals) the riddles and every instrument and their skill puts everything out today to shame if you don't agree you're a fucking dumbass and probably blare dubstep and gaga in your fucking car. I love you Fair to Midland. you guys are fucking amazing.

The two best live shows I've ever been to have been Fair to Midland. I'll never forget the last time I saw them. My buddies and I hung out when they were tearing down and I gave Darroh a business hug. Fair to Midland is unbeatable. I really hope they get back together to make more music. They're perfect.
@cinnam0n_swirls4 жыл бұрын
if FTM won't get back together then it'd be killer if Darroh at least released some new material as a solo artist. He was the soul of the band. I understand if he's got a family and stuff now, and I have no idea how the music biz works - I'm sure it's not as simple as what I'm saying - but I do really believe that if he somehow came from out of the blue yet again, he would be wildly successful.

@boogeyratt yeah the new bassist (Ryan Collier) is a fantastic bassist. Jon was talented, but live, he kind of just...stood there. I don't know how Logan Kennedy is doing as Brett's replacement though. He can definitely play his drum parts perfectly, but we'll have to see how writing goes from now on. One thing about the new band members is it'll be a while before we hear older songs played (except for Orphan Anthem, which they played at the Granada show on 12-23-2011).
