Answering some of your questions: • Who is the guest you invited for dinner? He is a very talented man who is currently heling me with one of my renovation projects - some intricate woodwork that I couldn’t handle on my own. You will see him at work in some of my future videos. • Could you give us the recipe for the apple pie you made? Pie Dough: - 200g cold butter - 1 egg - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar - 70 ml ice-cold carbonated mineral water - 350g all - purpose flour - 1 teaspoon sea salt - 1 teaspoon brown sugar Apple Pie Filling: - 8 - 12 medium - sized apples - 100ml lemon juice - 2 table-spoons all-purpose flour - 50g brown sugar - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon - 2 tablespoons melted butter Place the dough in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before adding the filling. • What are you going to do with all those sea buckthorn berries you picked? I preserve most of the berries in the freezer and eat them during winter - they are an excellent source of vitamin C. You can also dry them and use them for tea or grind the dry berries and mix them with honey, or you can juice them and add honey to the juice. I have so much to do. I help my Father because my Mom die in 2020. Now he is 90 year's old and I have a husband and my sister move to help him and she had a stroke. but she is doing real good now. So its's been a lot to get back into a routine. I take my time to look at you and it gives me inspiration and it makes me get back onto what I need to do for my home.

Happy Sunday Johanna sure sure have been missed ..I just had surgery and lying in bed watching you..Ive had 2 surgeries within 6 months of each other .. Everything is ok and going fine and in no pain and up walking around just no lifting or bending from here on out sonnot to aggravate the hernia from 1st surgery but it will be fine..glad to see you back .❤
