Love this workout. So tiring but good! I find I find it tiring first few times, then I get used to it. First time I've done two in a two too (after v sedentary day!)

this would be great for early Morning workouts or when you are sore from the day before but know you need to move .

I’m trying to get back on track with exercising. It’s been hit or miss for me, and I miss more than I hit. I have gained 5 lbs. and I know that doesn’t sound like much , but my clothes are tighter and my knees are hurting when I bend down to pick something up , and it’s harder for me to get up from that position. 😕

+David Gentry The Lord is Good! He loves us, and He alone can give us Hope, Peace and a reason for being! We don't drag Our Father into our lives, He is already intricately involved in all that we do!! Try asking Him for help, He will respond!! :-) :-)
