@@NAJAMACADEMY At 4:36 you said 100 percent covalent or ionic bond does not exist. It is wrong 100 percent ionic bond does not exist , but 100 percent covalent bond exist for example N2,O2 when electronegativity difference is zero i.e, the molecule is formed by same atom (N2,O2) the bond is 100 percent covalent.

Coz small size so charges re accumulated. Large size means charges re dispersed

with an increase in covalent character, the melting point typically increases due to stronger covalent bonds within the compound. I'm Confused 😕

The covalent bonds are weaker than ionic bonds hence, they require lesser energy to break the bond resulting in a lower melting and boiling point that's why the mp and bp decreases with increase in covalent character. I hope this helps
