Liz, here’s a space-saving wreath storage idea: See those beams jutting out of your wall (above your big picture of lemons)? Hang a shower tension rod between those wood beams. Make sure to suspend the rod as far out from the wall as possible. And make sure the rod is adjusted to fit tightly, so that moderate weight will not pull it down. Next, get about 10 old-fashioned wire clothes hangers, like from the dry cleaners. Take a hanger in one hand, holding it firmly at the bottom of the hook. With the other hand, grasp the center bottom of the triangular shape of the hanger. Firmly pull straight down so that the hanger is now in a long skinny vertical shape with the hook still in place at the top and two wires are parallel vertically, still connected at the bottom . Now, take the skinny bottom and bend it up to make a big “U” hook shape that is about 3-4” deep. You’ve just made a big wire hook that still has the hanger top. Repeat this bending/reshaping process with each hanger. You’ve now created wire “hanger hooks” to hang your wreaths on. Like hanging clothes in your closet, you can hang your wreaths on your tension rod. Hang a wreath on each newly made wire hook. Then hang each wreath hook on your tension rod that is suspended between the beams. You can now line the hanging wreaths up, side by side, like shirts hanging in a clothes closet. If desired, to protect from dust, cover each with a dry cleaner’s clear plastic clothing cover or a clear plastic trash can liner that you’ve turned upside down. Cut a small hole at the center top of the upside down liner. That way, your wreath hanger’s hook can fit through the hole in order to cover your wreath with its own dust cover. Tadaaa! You’ve made yourself a space-saving “wreath closet” for just a few dollars! Enjoy! If needed, look around the room for other spaces to install another wreath-hanging rod. Blessings to you!

After a long day of shopping for groceries, coming home, unloading and putting it all away, I was so happy to sit down with something cold to drink and watch your video today. I wanted to share with you after watching your video of your new table and chairs that Dollar Tree is selling the prettiest color of moss green dishes. Like you green is my favorite color and this does not disappoint! I bought the plates, saucers. cups and bowls. I also have the black and white Buffalo check and this color green just pops with it. The dishes are plain but they mix so well with layering with the black and white. Anyway just wanted to let you know. Hope you have a blessed week! ❤

Storage area looks great. I am blessed to have a storage area for my decor also for about 5 years now. I wanted to share some of my experiences that could help others. Greenery will deteriorate from the heat so I have to keep inside where there is air condition; I only keep vine wreaths in attic; if you do keep your wreaths in the attic, it is best to contain them in a bin or lightweight plastic, as they get very dusty. These are just a few suggestions. Hope this is helpful, Liz. Thank you for sharing.

Great idea's Liz. Our microwave used to slip to the back of the cabinet so my hubby cut a 2x4 piece of wood to put behind it In the cabinet and problem solved. If u get tired of wiping down the wall, have your hubby cut a 1x 10 inch piece of wood and stain it so it blends into the floor and place behind wastebin no more marks on the wall.

A tip to keep mice/rats away from garages and attics: You’ll need cotton balls, straight pins and peppermint essential oil. Push a straight pin into and through a cotton ball. Put 2-3 drops of the essential oil onto the cotton ball. Repeat this process with about 15-20 balls. Pin the balls to the exterior walls, down low, and to any convenient objects, like cardboard boxes, wood shelving, etc. Make sure to pin the balls in all corners and sides of the room. Mice don’t like the peppermint smell, so they will leave and stay away as long as the smell lasts. Every couple of months or so, take your bottle of peppermint oil in hand and refresh the cotton balls again with 2-3 drops of it. No poisons used, no mice around. Yay!

We have a open concept home and what I really dislike is I always smell food everywhere in my house, I don't really like burning candles anymore because I don't care how expensive they are they still put off soot im not trying to deal with that, I have been very interested in a diffuser maybe that will solve the food smell in my home🤢. I have to say when you said you had your store in the garage, I was worried. We always have little mice in ours come fall. So unless everything is in plastic boxes, they find their way in and all over the stuff. I love the attic store much better where its at now. Looks very organized and beautiful. Putting shelves above the doors really helps especially if you have little space to work with. Your home is beautiful. Hugs

May I suggest a trashcan solution that's worked for my home? I have several which open automatically with a wave of a hand, or simply your body poised in front of the eye. It's fun, practical and pretty, too. I'm a sucker for wallpaper. Your shiplap looks great! Like you, besides having a clean and beautiful space, fragrance is everything to me.
