Not a hear me out, in universe he has to be one of the most attractive sims of all time. Jim is canonically able to date/woohoo anyone he wants much faster than all other sims. He's instantly charmed "difficult to romance" characters like Greg without even trying, breaks up the best of marriages in less than a day, and can easily convince anyone to have a kid with him within hours of meeting him. All without any difficulty or resistance
