You could integrate UV LEDs into the airframe to illuminate the glow in the dark panels from the inside. Just need a way to project the light on them from the inside or outside. Possibly illuminating multiple panels with a single LED if using omnidirectional LEDs.

Your are an amazing person with the skill set to achieve your dream!!

Also, FYI, glow in the dark filament is corrosive and will eventually wear out /widen the 3d printer nozzle. If you are not printing much of it, probably not a big deal. You may want to have some spare nozzles ready to go if you don't already have them.

Those are not navigation lights. Those are formation lights. They are designed to be seen by pilots flying in formation to keep them from colliding into each other, while leaving the navigation and anti collision lights off (which could reveal themselves to the enemy).

These jet models are getting bigger and bigger, I'm thinking it's only a matter of time before some idiot does themselves a mischief and tries a person inside the cockpit.

They are signal lights not nav lights which are the standard red green and white lights.

My Creality 3D printer had such bad firmware that I don't like that company anymore. For example during the bed leveling, when going from position 1 to 2, instead of bringing the bed down a little before it moved, it brought it up and the nozzle scratched into the bed. Just to name one example of about 30 other problems.

Which one? I am not using creality printers, this is a cutter
@dronefootage277810 ай бұрын
It's an Ender 5 S1. I don't own a laser cutter and maybe it's good but after experiencing what I can only call grave incompetence and complete lack of testing I decided whatever product I will buy, I will start with anything but Creality and if the other companies are even worse then I will give them another shot. @@Joelmelanie

For example to this day I can't use the auto bed leveling because they changed the hardware and removed the z-limit switch but then stopped supporting the first design in their FW so I got screwed basically.

Very nice, but damn your Dutch accent is heavy: Fideo, nafigation etc etc.
