I have the ZERO 10 scooter just the same in the video if i install hydraulic brakes what happens to the electric brake ?

IF YOU WANT EVEN GAP BETWEEN THE TWO PADS AND THE ROTOR. THIS IS NOT ON THE VIDEO. just like with hydraulic brakes on bicycles you have to have the gaps between the rotor and the pads evenly. This is not shown on this video. your supposed to have the nuts loose that hold the caliper to the bracket. then pull and hold the hydraulic brake lever . then you tighten the caliper to the bracket while holding the lever. This works for the rear, however if you follow the instructions for the front on this video, it wont work. This will be an issue with the front. when you install it WITHOUT NOTCHING the metal wheel bracket the bracket for the caliper wont have the adjustment neccessary to have an even gap between the pads and the rotors. You have to notch the metal wheel bracket enough so that the caliper can move its position from the bracket. That way when you activate the brake lever and hold it , and then you can then tighten the caliper to bracket nuts.

In the description of Zero 10 on your website, you mention that the Zero 10 comes with rear hydraulic brakes, so is it worthy to change those brakes for other ones?. Is it possible to change only the front one?.

DO NOT USE THE OLD RED SPACER - this put the brake caliper so high that only half of the disc - and half of the brake pads are touching each other .. use the supplied spacer instead ... this is also a problem with the original brakes .. only half of the brakes surface are being used ...

I just bought one and I can either adjust my rear break up so its closer to fully actuating but causing break pads to rub against disc or my rear break handle fully compresses to the handle bars without even fully breaking. Im not really sure how I can tighting my break lever up without causing my wheel to rub

@@sirmounted8499 yeah I ended up taking it into the place I bought it and they did a few things and it's much much better. You have to pretty much unscrew the break caliper and move it around until it's centered and slowly tighten it and re adjust. Make sure that when your adjusting one side of the break doesn't push the disc one way. You want it centered. I've been riding for a week or so and it seems way better.

Did some one notice free woobly play in front shock part after upgrading front brake ? I think that front brake will damage front shock when you brake hard.

It could just be your front suspension wearing out. Don’t think the front break will affect it

@@FalconpevSg It was fine before. But then i removed front spring on front brake line what makes brakes grip fully. And i went for a ride circa 30 km and after a ride i notice a free play in a stem. So i look and free play is probably in shock system. Scooter got circa 500km so maybe i must tighten this shock bolt?

@@trebor1477 yes it can be tightened. Lift up the red cover and you should see two nuts. Tighten the nuts.

All the nutt caliper I find are all left side so I can't mount it on the rear wheel it work on the front but not the rear
