4:25 this is also a good example of keeping a lot of things in his head at the same time. His jump cut on the safety #26 coming down is something he's keeping an eye on as he's going through that smaller gap and through the missed tackles, because he gets his body turned all the way to the left when he decides to start that jump cut to get an extra 4-5 yards there. His benefit is that he's gaining an extra 3-5 yards more than what most any RB would be gaining if put in the same position. His real strength is that he's making extremely fast decisions and judging people's stance and approach on whether he should cut left or right or stutter step forward like in his first TD when he splits the defenders. Quick decision making for a fast game.

You guys are lucky to have him… At Texas last year, he was so good that he completely compensated for an awful O-line and offense in general. He rushed for over 1,500 yds for an 8-5 team. Led CFB in broken tackles. Averaged over 6 YPC while averaging over 4 yards after contact-meaning he got hit within 2 yards of the LOS on average and still managed to pick up an average of 4 yards after contact. I grew up watching Ricky Williams play, and this guy looks like a different version of special even compared to him. I just hope he plays up to his potential in the league.

Another thing, Bijan pressing the gap on that Devondre play forced Devondre to step down to fill the gap allowing him Dalman to easily come off his man and pick him up. The arrogance of Bijan’s abilities to put the first defender on skates with a free run at him, then jump cut twice and already be at the sideline from the hash 🤯 RB market been devalued with the avg rook having a higher floor outta college than ever. The rookie pay scale shouldn’t apply to the RB position in the next CBA when these dawgs can make an impact out the gate. Elite production warrants elite compensation. But even with a high RB floor nowadays, this brother is STILL on another level that only gods gifts can get you entry to. To make good players look bad and great defenders seem barely serviceable.
