Always appreciate the content Gabe. We fished Otter Lake last Sunday. Water was 49 at daylight. Had a good day though. We were doing much of the same thing. Moving around junk fishing. Prolly put 30 in the boat between the two of us. My partner caught the biggest 4-6 on a sleeper craw. It was the bread winner of the day even over a jig but caught them cranking as well. Be my last day on the water. Getting knees replaced. Hopefully be busy in the baitroom while I recover. God bless Gabe

Another great production! Looks like you had the place to yourself. 5:32 for me = man overboard! Have a great holiday season and give our Fin a scratch behind the ear! Someone else mentioned it and we all want to see you roll up to the ramp in the new boat for a Wednesday nighter! 😅

Thanks. Lol I went back to the 5:32 mark. Could've been in the market for a new reel. Ear scratches are her weakness. I'm thinking late winter on the boat.

That was a fun trip Gabe. Around home in the late fall/winter the shad seem to stay around hard spots or channels/ditches. Love the toad bite footage.

Cool vid great job on catching bass with different techniques!

Ya most of the shad on that lake roam in open water or show up around pinch points. Man the toad bite was hit n miss for me but I didn't keep it in my hand this year. Happy Thanksgiving

I was using a Berkeley Finnisher in 3 sizes to catch mine. Right in the middle of the shad.

Fished Watts Bar day before yesterday. As long as you were sitting still it wasn’t to bad. But those long runs would kill ya. I got 10 though.

Maybe you discussed this already?, but do you think the Lake Egypt power plant will go back to running full capacity with the new Trump administration?

Man that's a good question. I have no idea but it would be nice.
