New subscriber, and would love to be at one of your work shops some day. My ?? Einhorn groundup flour already packaged for us.. been for days in a warehouse or stores, is this still good with all the nutritional value we look for and need. Not just a selling pitch for them, I'm aware of they're a good company so to speak but just asking. Because it's been groundup and stored. Thank you and hope to be at one of your workshops.

She said in another video nutrition is lost rapidly as soon as it's milled. Baking preserves. Freezing second best. All seeds and grains for that matter once milled.
