🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:23 🍽️ Understanding the nutritional content of your food can be beneficial for making healthier choices, even if you're not a bodybuilder. 03:52 💪 Focus on protein sources like meats, fish, poultry, and dairy products for the most effective muscle building. 05:15 🏋️ Incorporating forearm workouts can help balance arm development, but don't overdevelop the brachial radialis. 27:16 💡 When doing barbell curls, imagine pulling your elbows inward to reduce forearm strain and emphasize bicep engagement. 32:58 💡 Different exercises can target the same muscle group, so focus on the mechanical system and movement path to achieve your desired results. 33:13 💪 Thinking about your anatomy can improve your workout understanding and lead to creative exercise variations. 35:18 💪 Training forearms can thicken your wrist to some extent, enhancing your overall arm aesthetics. 38:57 💪 Engaging in calf stimulation is essential for calf development, regardless of the specific exercises used. 40:17 💪 Consistency in the gym can lead to camaraderie with fellow lifters and contribute to a positive training environment. 45:01 💪 Balancing your social life and fitness goals requires finding a personal equilibrium, focusing on what makes you feel best in the long term.

I actually go to a very serious gym, so many huge shredded athletes that compete. That said, there is one guy who comes in really early in the morning who is about 600 pounds. He's weak even at that weight, but he's working hard to try to get somewhere, but that will take some time to say the least. He's not ashamed to lift or anything either, which is good. There are many bodybuilders, powerlifters, bikini competitors, and other type of athletes at my gym, but this guy doesn't care he's not embarrassed. I wish him success, and anyone else who's really really far away from being in shape. Be consistent, you'll get there. I know your post was a joke lol, but it reminded me of the actual guy.

That segment at the beginning about truly looking at your food. I've been doing that since I was around 10-11 years old and even before hitting the weights it has huge benefits. Allows you to truly enjoy a little cheat from time to time too, especially knowing you've put in the effort to understand what you've been consuming on a macro level.

You say you don’t count the protein from non dedicated protein sources, but I’m slightly confused because even though it may not be composed of all the amino acids to make it “complete” it is still is 4 calories per gram, like a complete protein would. So do you not plug these non dedicated protein sources into the stupid simple macro tracker? If you don’t, won’t this give you have an incorrect calorie count for the day. Just curious

In the beginning God created Heaven and Earth. He created humans too to have a relationship with Him. That's our purpose as humans that have a relationship with God. Sin, however, messed that up because it made us imperfect and imperfect creatures cannot have a relationship with a perfect and holy God. That's why we so oftentimes feel empty, unsatisfied and unaccomplished because we're not in relationship with the God we were created to be in a relationship with. But that's where Jesus comes in. Jesus is God's son and He came down to earth in human form to live the same life we do yet unlike us He never sinned. Jesus is perfect. Yet despite the fact He is perfect He died on the cross for our sins and sacrifice Himself for us. The punishment for our sins is death but because Jesus took that punishment for us if we put our faith in Him and receive Him as Lord and savior we can be reconciled to God and be restored to that relationship we were created to have. And we can be sure that Jesus is the Son of God because on the 3rd day God raised Him from the dead and in that He defeated death and the grave, proving that He can do the same for us if we put our faith in trust in Him. That's how you get to Heaven. That's how you become full in your heart. That's how you become reconciled to the God who created you.

300 is pushing it. Be careful gaining so much weight too fast. That's the only thing. Gaining and losing weight like that fast can be unexpected and surprising for your body, regardless of whether your on steroids or not, or regardless of whether it's muscle or fat. Your body still will have a tough time, and your heart will have to deal with the extra weight. I mean bodybuilders do that all the time, but i'm just telling you to be careful. If you're juicing heavily and gaining that much weight it's really getting into the dangerous territory that's for sure. Thing about all the bodybuilders who have been 300 plus pounds bulking and cutting for almost their whole adult life, along with all the other steroids they did on top of that, most of those guys are dead or damaged themselves for sure, except for a very small lucky portion. Bulking and cutting is great for building muscle, that's for sure, but take it a little bit easier, and maybe to it slower and healthier, but obviously it's up to you.

@@Stone1wheel Lol no, pay attention to the comments on his page. No one would talk about lifts like that anyway. They could be trolling though, since many are on there. Sometimes you have to write a lot to get your point across, and it only took about 30 seconds. Funny you read it, and i'm wondering why lol. Either way, it's a valuable comment and could potentially help a person. There are a lot of uneducated people on here, and you could be one, considering you thought that person was talking about a lifting weight and not their body weight. Some of you guys crack me up lol, and that's no offense towards you. Hope you learned something though man. Have a good night.

33:22 yeah dips and pushdowns zoomed in are the same movement in relation of elbow to wrist, but the elbow to shoulder distance and positioning is different, the tri is shortened when the elbow goes behind you and that changes the power dynamic your tri has to use to move the weight. I like working different angles to get different stimulus even though mechanically the same muscle is doing the work.
