I loved this. I'm a big planner and organizer. I actually have a binder with pics of all my decor for all the seasons. Hi Amy! I was so glad to see you put up a video today! Loving your fall decor! I use to take all my “regular” decor down, put it in totes, then put up tons of fall decor. But that had turned into such a chore that I wasn’t enjoying it anymore. So now I just add fall decor in with my everyday decor. It’s much easier on me. I add adorable pumpkins and scarecrows to my shelves and tiered trays, add fall floral picks to my wreaths, make a beautiful fall dining table scape, add a fall throw to my sofa, and of course, burn my Pumpkin Spice candles!!! I can’t wait to see your decor going up soon! Thank you for what you do! ❤️

The way you explained step by step how you go from daydreaming to fruition was AMAZING!! Hi Amy! Like you, I’ve started shopping for fall decor, it’s my favorite season! I didn’t do much for summer just added pops of color (yellow) to each room. I purchased the same long tray from hobby lobby along with some green foliage to place inside. I will decorate for fall by mid to late August. Great decor pieces & tfs!

Amy, first of all, I think your shirt is darling and I so appreciate your friendly smile. Then on to the video content, this one was really helpful to me. Even though I have decorated for years, to follow your planning ahead for the season before shopping got me to thinking that I should take inventory of my decor items and maybe write down everything I have and what tub they are in (tub #1, etc). Since Fall is my favorite season and I love the colors and texture of the fall decor, I love the things you found. I might have to look for the pumpkin picks with the leaves around the base. They are beautiful. Looking forward to your fall decorating video in the future.

I have a chair in my living room corner like the one you posted to ig, it was the chair my dad sat in at the kitchen table. When he passed away I took it from my mom's house. I always look for ways to decorate it, the books are a good idea. Thanks for sharing

I am a fall, cooler weather person. I lean toward all the fall colors as well. Spring and summer are ok, but I don’t spend as much time inside to enjoy those seasons as I do fall and winter. Not only do I do early fall deco, I usually have Christmas out by thanksgiving. God bless!
