As a diabetic i basically do carnivore. Have to keep the carbs down. I got my blood sugar down in safe zone in 3 months and also lost 30#s. Have lost a total of 80#s and more to go. Great way of eating.

To prepare (warm up) tortillas: Just put a splatter shield over a pan of water. Heat the water and place a tortilla on the splatter shield. Moistens and heats the tortillas in one step...and very quickly.

Brown those burritos wraps for nutrients released in the browning process . Just a tip . Corn and beans together contain all 21 enzymes to make anything your body lacks . Bacon makes everything better .

if you can get rain gutters with ends and attach rope or chain to them and place in the greenhouse to grow lettuce like a hamic above benches for early winter or spring.

After you roll up the burrito, put it back in the pan with the leftover butter to crisp it up. Make sure and put the open seam of the burrito down first so it seals, then flip a few times to crisp the entire thing.

LOL, you've got to WARM them (tortillas) up, to make them soft & pliable; the same as clay, bread dough, hand salves, etc.

The texture is due to it being too ripe. Go get your others out of the field, they're ready. My daddy has been a watermelon farmer for 67 yrs. I promise it's ok.

I am familiar with abstaining from plants and sugars for short periods (a week at most). So when I do have things that are sweet after they hit kinda hard. How did the sugar from that watermelon hit ya (if it did)? Hope your mom is doing well after knee surgery.
