I never used lip liner until the last few years. It does help with my lipstick from bleeding out. I use a paint pot too. 1 of the many tricks I learned from you❤

Love your look, it’s very inspiring and as always you look amazing. I have realised today after watching other videos that instead of wearing foundation I’m wearing a tint moisturiser and it’s very nice. Rimmel it’s the 48 hour lasting, not sure it does 😊 I’m now looking at blusher the choices of cream or powder. Thank you again x

Love the colors you choose for your eyes. They are very flattering for your skin tone. I would love to see you try thickening the width of the first inner half of your brow since the arched part is penciled in wider. Just curious to see what it would look like and if you’d like it .

Love the fall look so pretty I’m ready for some cool weather here in San Antonio it is still hot yuk I’m sick of it. I have the Precisely brow pencil 3.5 really like the shade. Even as a brunette, I always liked the brown mascara. It is a slightly softer look, and I always felt it was more suited to blue eyes. Now, years (and more years😂) later I still think the brown is less harsh especially since I've gone blonde! Thankyou for the helpful informations regarding the blending of eyeshadow colors!❤

For powder I'm loving the Milani pressed finishing powder. I even use it to set my under eyes. It sets really nice and keeps the shine down all day. I use it with both a brush and a triangle puff. I use the brush to blend out any excess powder.

Hi Sharalee and ladies, I want to get back to lip liners and lipstick since I have been using Lipsense and I am over it. Anyway would you recommend Sephora or Ulta for the best help for guidance. I want to go with Natasha Denona or Charlotte Tilbury since Sharalee has recommended them for long wearing and I have huge wrinkles around my lips due to sun damage 😢 I feel so uncomfortable because of the wrinkles and my age is 65. Anyway thanks for listening and please advise 😬

I’ve used Lipsense since 1996 and I’ll always be a Lipsense gal…but for a regular lipstick I’ll line my lips AND fill them in with Natasha Denona “I Need a Nude Lip Liner, (color, Luna) and top it with Anastasia Beverly Hills Long Wearing matte lipstick (taupe beige)…with a light sweep of Anastasia BH Universal Tinted Lip Gloss (Amber Sparkle). The pencil locks the lipstick on and keeps everything in place without feathering. I’m 73.

One trick I learned a few years ago… some beauty brands sells a clear wax-like pencil that we can either line our lips with or fill in those lines, preventing feathering and maybe even diminishing the appearance of them. I have a CoverGirl one for example!! ✌🏼❤️

Agreed on "trends" ....not all of them are suitable for everyone, Mature skin, or people with imperfections. I will never go without foundation or skin tint.

I never used a lot of makeup when I was younger. Eyes and cheeks was it. As I have gotten older and no longer tan I do need a bit of foundation to cover spots. I can’t wear it often because I tend to get itchy when I do then worry I will scratch it off, lol! I think I do look younger when I wear some makeup though. Thanks for sharing!

My first mascara was brown from Esté Lauder about 26 years ago, I still wear a brown depending on what look I am going for. I depends on the saturation of colour wether you actually notice it. I like the Essence Wow mascara in brown. Your look is fantastic, love the olive. I have dark green eyes and I am always attracted to greens.

I have used black /brown mascara for over 25 years as I read that you shouldn't use black if you are over 40. To be honest with you I can't really see a difference though. I did get the Elf tubing mascara in black/ brown that you used a while ago and loved it, until I realised that it wasn't hayfever making my eyes run uncontrollably but the mascara. I even ended up with the little tubes washed off onto my cheeks it was that bad 😂
