This is great, thank you. These are movements my PTs have been working on with me on my stroke recovery efforts. However my sessions are becoming limited, so I'm doing more on my own. Your explanations and examples are helpful. I think this level 2 is right for where I am now. Next I'm going to watch level 3 so I can see what's in store. Thanks for this quality resource.

Recap,each activity two minutes ,daily,1. Sit to stand ,2.single leg stand,3.pillow tap4.backwards walking.Thank you.I walk on small base ,heel to toe,walk backwards,side to side walking as warming before long walks.Thank you,walk on toes,walk on heels ,challenge the body,power walking you cross feet but not in front of each other.Keep learning from cradle to the grave ( Arabic proverb).
