Thank you for the excellent instructions and explanations in this video, and in all of your videos that I've seen so far. I am amazed at the rapid improvement I have made in performing balance exercises and in my daily walking - not shuffling. Your onscreen timer is a great help! recap,1.sit to stand crossed arms.2.pillow taps,heel to toe ,forwards and backwards.4.stepover apillow. 5. one leg stand.Remember each one is unique ,compare ur self to ur self, baby steps.Remember we leaned helplessness as we get older in time because of brain washing of old age.We are supposed to live healthy ,active, young to the last 15 minutes when aware of death,run upstair ,lie in bed and die.This is my believe and goal.keep learning.keep active ,happy and grateful for what you have.Exercises are the same but we add challenge to each.as we become stronger.DO DAILY,2 MINUTES EACH .
