Oregon, my state. Infact, there are videos of trains in the town I live in. The Albany & eastern runs where I live. Also, very nice shot at 2:27, I’ve done railfanning at that same exact spot there before.

It's a commuter train in Portland, OR called WES. The cars are very much like modern BUDDs, built in 2008.
