I miss your vlogs so much, I know you still make them😂 I miss them, because I can’t watch them the way I could in 2016-17 before marriage and two babies ❤️ I love especially NY fall and winter vlogs, I love that they are still on your channel and I can come back to them any time I want. you have the seat belt in the lower position, raise it up, the closer the neck it sits the safer it is, if you have it too low then the risk is that it slides off your shoulder during an accident, and then it can hurt you instead

Hey Ashley, Can you talk more about your transition into incorporating animal based foods? I’m vegan now and for years cannot for the life of me digest vegan protein sources (beans, nuts, seeds, soy, legumes, lentils, grains)…. It’s becoming hard to have variety and build lean muscle. At this point I’m living on raw and steamed veggies plus fruits but my adrenals are shot from all the (natural) sugars and I cant keep weight on unless it’s unhealthy weight from consuming foods that won’t digest well (vegan protein foods mentioned above). So I was just curious about your own experience crossing over and how that’s been for you. Much love, Molly ❤❤❤❤
