Hey Ashley, Can you talk more about your transition into incorporating animal based foods? I’m vegan now and for years cannot for the life of me digest vegan protein sources (beans, nuts, seeds, soy, legumes, lentils, grains)…. It’s becoming hard to have variety and build lean muscle. At this point I’m living on raw and steamed veggies plus fruits but my adrenals are shot from all the (natural) sugars and I cant keep weight on unless it’s unhealthy weight from consuming foods that won’t digest well (vegan protein foods mentioned above).
