Those black boots would work well with thicker tights or leggings since they’re a bit loose! I loved this show-and-tell. Especially because it was realistic and you showed the clothes that didn’t quite work out. Thrifting online is so tricky sometimes!

Put a slightly longer, ivory slip dress underneath the oversized sweater with some leggings/nylons and knee tall boots!! One of my favorite ways to wear long sweaters!

I think the navy is more classic and flattering for a stripe sweater. I’m sure the thrift shops will have a navy leather belt for a couple of bucks if you’re keen on a belted look. The black boots look great, you could add a thin sock for a bit of extra volume in there. As it is, they’ll be a bit more breathable. The FP boots match your too-pale bodysuit! I think they’ll work nicely with all your beiges and browns; just give them a good clean and stain/waterproof spray. Also the long cable knit is a great item to have. Looks great over the leggings and is a good throw-on and run out the door piece. Uniqlo Airism long-sleeve tops are great as an anti itch layer. Pair the leggings with your new black boots or the FP booties to style up the look! You could also belt the sweater for a different vibe.

Both pairs of boots look great, I would keep them! I'd probably dye the bodysuit though, it really is just a little too close to skin color.

I’m obsessed with finding my own vigilante shit boots now. I saw yours are Steve Madden but do you know the shoe name? It’s usually on the inside of the shoe on the side. I’m going to try to find them in the thriftverse too! ❤
