I'd like to say that the reason this podcast works is because you both speak genuinely and without pandering to particular audiences. To not only recognize that you were missing a female voice in this podcaat but to also say it and admit to that shortcoming is a great example of how genuine you both are. 10/10 acting as good role models by calling out the dating culture that has spread in our communities and also aggressively encouraging men to communicate their feelings as a sign of their masculinity. Keep up the great work!

Great episode guys and loved every minute. I have been in love many times and each time it was not for the sake of Allah but for my own desires! Wish I had understood the meaning of lust not to be confused with true love many years ago :( Why is valentines day not celebrated in Islam? Please clarify this for me as many Muslims tell us its a evil western holiday like Halloween.

As a woman, I agree with you guys @37:20 when you say that “good” guys will look for a girl who wears hijab and respects others and all that. But at the end of the day those same “good” guys will have pasts where they have been with or chased physical attraction or they will be addicted to watching things. And they will make comments to their “good girl” (who might be insecure because she’s not out there looking like a tiktoker or ig model) and they will comments to her about celebrities they find attractive or about how she should workout more to look a certain way. Meanwhile the guys themselves are average or worse.
