I have cried every time I have listened to this cover. I used to listen to the original when I was a teen and harm myself to it. This is an incredible cover and I'm still in tears.

I didn't even know how deep this original song was for my daughter. I knew of her old self-harm in her teens but I did not know this song had been so powerful. It hit her hard today hearing it which resulted in a long discussion and even more healing. Ronnie's version is therapy, as is most of his music. I'm glad you are okay now.

I liked it, it is what it is. It's a reimagining and i can appreciate the process and artistry. Still like the original more. I wonder if Ronnie/FIR helped inspire ST to dip their toes in the waters so to speak of the genre pool. No wonder why i gravitated to them when i first heard about them in '19. I love Ronnie, he gets so much flak, but he's such a great musician and so talented.

Sorry, late to the party... but I never really HEARD the lyrics until Ronnie sang them this way. There's a video I just watched of Jacoby talking about the origin of the band and the song and it was originally written on the piano -- which made this version even better. The real reason they wrote this song is so moving. This song is more relatable this way than the original...and I LOVE the original, it was released the year before I graduated high school. Great reaction, I subbed and I'll definitely be checking out more content.

A coworker told me about this dropping. I’ve seen it a couple times now. I found myself waiting for a “drug in me is reimagined” type breakdown and felt let down a bit when it didn’t come. Great song, but I’d have to rank revamped higher as my current favorite FIR track and put this one in 3rd after watch the world burn. Did enjoy how the video ended in the exact opposite way as that one though. A great touch there.

This man comes very close to Chester Bennington. As with Chester, you can feel the pain in his scream. LP should get him and work with him. He sings like an angel and screams like the devil. Just great 🖤🎧 Just like him, you feel the pain because he transports it authentically. Just great, can't get enough. I think he would be a worthy successor to Chester and could revive LP. Nobody can replace Chester, but this man is damn close. He gave me goosebumps like only Chester could. But when he screams like that at the end of the song, Chester was there for a split second and that was just great. A Masterpiece ❤

Absolutely! The "Evil God" calmed down after the tantrum and rebuilt the world. Using this "unagressive" Last Resort version to portray the intention of making Watch the World Burn Part 2 is just genius!
