Did anyone else notice in the firefight with the Ghoul, he ate the tomatoes to heal himself like eating does in the game... It even had the same munching sound effect. 🍅🩹👍

You notice the slow motion critical hit kill shots that the ghoul was tossing out left and right? He definitely put some major points into critical hit chance and critical damage.

True, would've been exposition heavy. We're currently on episode 5 and so far Lucy seems to have learned more about the wasteland from The Ghoul than anyone else.

14:32 The Fallout TV series on-location filming for Filly was done at a junkyard location just outside Trenton, the capital city of New Jersey, which production designer Howard Cummings described as "the Grand Canyon of Junkyards". Reminds me of Megaton just outside of Vault 101 in Fallout 3 !

Wilzig was a member of the Enclave which is pretty much the US Government, thats why when in Filly the ghoul said the bounty for Wilzig came through all 6 faction channel, The Brotherhood of Steel is one of those factions. Since Wilzig was part of the Enclave, if you noticed in the opening scene that all the staff were wearing Pip-boys, they have access to the Vault-tec records and more than likely have a "control vault" under that location, a "control vault" is a vault where management personal would be, its is managements duty to oversee the conditions of multiple vaults under their control, so for example as you have seen, vault 33, 32 and 31 are connected

In the world of Fallout it is possible to transplant a human brain into machines to keep it alive. You actually find quite a few robots with human brains in the games. So I expect to see Wilzig alive later in the form of a robot/machine/computer. Also, the turret having poor targeting in the beginning, I attributed that to whatever Wilzig implanted in himself. I assume it interferes with the targeting system and will not allow the turret to target them directly, hence why it seemed to be shooting around them instead.

More likely it's a wink to the players knowing the turrets you can build have worst aim than stormtroopers. (Huge bullet rain causing almost nothing) Probably this is why the sign "please remain calm. stand still. Lol.
