5:13 Dentures used to be made with real human teeth. That's probably the best dentistry they have in this world. 8:10 The backpack is kind of a joke game reference. In the games you're always carrying tons of stuff with you. So the huge backpack is like what your character would look like if it was portrayed realistically.

Ghouls are the result of excessive exposure to radiation. Also, Ghouls are not immortal or invulnerable, but they are very tough and live a long time. The lucent ones can turn feral after some time.

Yes, the raiders could use Max's power armor if they got into it. Power armor was designed to be fairly easy to use, so anybody can eventually figure out the basics. There _were_ two Fallout games where power armor required training to wear, but that was a change motivated by gameplay reasons, not lore, and Bethesda reverted the change after that. The armor we see in the show is based on the Fallout 4 version, where they don't require training to use but instead run on fusion cores, and can therefore run out of juice.

I dont think Maximus underestimated Lucy when they found the Doc without a head and he guessed the Ghoul did it. I think he figured the Doc was murdered, and Lucy wouldn't do that.

The huge pack/duffle that the squire carries is a meme of the games - you, the player, always dump your junk off with your traveling companion so you don't get over-encumbered. So, it's another fan-service nod to those who have played the games. ps - In the last episode the fan-service nod was Lucy talking to the guy at the "water" filter. In-game, most players don't put their weapons away when talking to NPCs in the game.

15:15 This is very much a meta joke for Bethesda games. Many people basically never even finish the main story lines because they just explore the world and do side quests and whatnot (especially with mods). 21:22 Vault-Tec would never lie. :) The Gulper (Coop called it that when he examined his droppings) actually looks very much different to the ones in the games, which has a reason that gets shown later, if you pay good attention.

@@Sessis I only played Fallout 3 a long long time ago, but for another Bethesda game, Skyrim, I have a playtime in the 4 digits (with mods) and never finished the main story quest line of that game. Fallout can start out a bit slower though but all their open world games are kinda known for following this same formula of freedom and exploration and consequently getting lost in it, as well as how moddable the games are, allowing you to customize the games with countless types of community created content that change & expand them, tailoring them to whatever you want them to be.

Fact: Theres Actually 2 types of Group faction of the Brotherhood Of Steel. there's the Brotherhood of Steelproper Led by Elder Lion which there concern is giving Purified water to everyone in the Wasteland, and the Brotherhood of Steel Outcast. These Outcast rebelled against Elder Lions Concern to the GECK for the Purified Water (Which Elder Lion had went stray away from the Brotherhood of Steel principals which is just the higher People not a faction) that they want to find technology and preserving it and keeping it for good. Which you can only see them in the Fallout 3 gameplays.

Brottherhood of Steel is more complicated than that. That's just Fallout 3's version. They are different in earlier games and later ones. Elder Lyon's rebellion for the purpose of the Brotherhood was short lived. Most of the time they don't care about helping people necessarily. It's about monopolizing pre-war tech.

Think about it, the squire would have to keep fusion cores, extra ammo, and maybe extra power armor parts for the knight. Ghouls aren't dead, their just mutated. Agreed, Maximus was being a $#@% at first, and it annoyed me as well. The ghoul's story will be revealed. Walter Goggins (The ghouls actor is amazing) Great Job Sess! Okie Dokie!

His "squire" bullied him before, I don't know if you were bullied before, but as someone who was bullied before, I don't know if I could resist taking revenge on my exbullies if I'd get power over them. About forgiving, not taking revenge. I think you are kinda naive. Many people just don't get magically better, there has to be some repercussions for their bad actions and we have to stand up for ourselfes. And not all people get the message if we just try to talk things out diplomatically.

@@Sessis Okay, tbh I'm not a cruel person. Often I like to imagine things. Like how I would like to take revemge on my exbullies. But I guess I wouldn't really do it. I would keep a distance for sure, but if I were in the position to command my exbully I would still evaluate how well they do at their current job and I'd base my opinion based on that. And I wouldn't actually give them a harder job than necessary then what everyone does, I'd just expect the same from my exbully than what everyone else does.

This episode was okay. But episode 4 is my favorite. I can’t wait for you watch it! You asked what the Gulper is. It’s basically a radiated salamander. But as to why it looks like a catfish in this episode will be explained later in the season. The 1950’s music is a very funny contrast to the nature of the world, especially since the 50’s never ended in this universe

It's not really continuing the cycle of bullying if you're bullying the one who bullied you. Continuing the cycle is bullying a new person who never did anything to you, but you have power over them, so you can get away with it. What Maximus was doing to Thaddeus was revenge, not just more bullying.

Maybe they have a different name. So to make deviled eggs, you hard boil some eggs remove the yolks and mix them with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper and some sweet pickle juice. Then put that mixture back in the holes in the eggs and sprinkle with paprika.
