Still digging this series. 👍 13:13 - In case it helps.... In this example, what I have found to work for the small (1/4) floors - since they don't like to snap to the tops of walls: Put the big one where you want to eventually place the 1/4 floor. Snap a 1/4 floor to the big one. Then take out the big one, leaving the 1/4 floating... Now you can snap more 1/4 floors to the "floating" 1/4 floor. Once you've got the 1/4 floors spanned over to where you want them permanently, you can store any extras, leaving just the ones you want in position. 👍

Nice build. You're quite adventurous I see, putting doors on stuff. I quit doing it because settlers and Doggo kept leaving them open and that annoyed me. Now, none of my builds have them.

Sweet build. I like the design on the fly style, do that myself, working it out as I go. Got a chuckle on the rug glitch not cooperating, lol, such a pain when it doesn't want to behave. A question, what are you using for the expanded build menu items? Again, good stuff there.

I bought a couple things from Creation Club (Slocum's Joe items and some Nuka Cola items). Some other items came from the various DLC.

Hey i am new to fallout 4. Do we need to build a base near settlement. Can we build it somewhere else?does it effect mainstory? Is protecting settlement important? I have played fallout 3,nv but this is different and i have no idea because i will start this game in few days

You can only build settlements where there is an accessible workshop. Defending settlements isn't necessary per se, but if you don't you'll lose resources and settlers. Settlements do not affect the main story, but they are a good way to earn caps.
