Fallout 4 Build Series // Nordhagen Beach // Episode 1

Hey everyone! I'm back with a new Build Series! The highest voted for settlement for me to build was Nordhagen Beach, so here is the first episode.

Nice start to the settlement. I hope you continue this series because I am curious to see what you evolve it into. Also, I just wanted to say thanks for the spiral staircase at Grey Garden video. I used the idea myself in one of my builds and it looks great. I added an extra floor tile to three of the stairs and put missile turrets on them. It was fun to sit up on the top of the overpass and watch super mutants go BOOM. 😁 Edit: Just a thought....put the turrets on the top of the roof above the stairway 👍

8:32...if you remove the wall between the guard tower and " bump out ", you can place the end cap and then put back the shack wall

I had forgotten how frustrating building without Mods is. 😮 I love the rooftop deck of the "Office" shack 😊

8:30 Build order is important for the settlement system in this game. If you take out the large [Shack Wall] adjacent to the [Shack Wall and Roof], you can place the smaller [Shack Wall]end piece into its position, then place the larger [Shack Wall] back, similar to what you did at 11:50.

Welcome back! Looks like a good start. I think Nordhagen doesn't get a lot of love, but it's a decent-size plot and in a kind of good location for resupply/crafting and such. Looking forward to the next part.
