Well done! Nice to get the full tour and I really like the pieces of lore and how you've thought of so many details of how folks would live there. I've followed Norespawns forever, and while I really enjoy his builds, we really only pretty much get tours of the finished settlement. Now this is great for inspiration, and I've learned a lot, but I enjoy following the process of your builds in the longer format. It gives a more detailed look at the design process and how you make these decisions. Thanks for all your work bringing these settlements to us!

Absolutely beautiful! Every time I visit my own Tenpines Bluff I think of your build, then take time out from whatever quest I'm in the middle of, and use yours as inspiration to make mine better. I play heavily modded in Survival mode. that means I my settlements have to be redundantly defended. Between guards an turrets, my Tenpines has a defense rating of 183, with 13 total settlers. They can, with occasional help from provisioners, successfully defend the settlement without my actual presence there during the attack. My Fallout 4 entirely abandons the main quest in favor of player character development quests, and settlement building. I love how you add lore to your builds. Your Tenpines is nicer than mine. Someday, my Tenpines Bluff might be nice enough to share it on KZbin. Until then, I love watching, and rewatching, your settlement videos. This one is a really pleasant surprise! Thanks for posting✌

I thought I was going crazy until you said you changed things up. I watched you build this place and yet it feels like the first I've seen it. Good job on this one, it's by far your best, its a very believable fallout settlement. I can't get over the front gate in the beginning!

What a good build. I like all the different levels. I have redone my build here and can’t get the happiness out of 65-70 happiness. They have everything. Just crabby people I guess. Lol.

Where should I build next?

Spectacle island is the biggest and most versatile settlement in the game, but it's the most challenging to get...I hate mirelurks.

@@TheShadowLeader fun fact, across all of my playthroughs of Fallout 4, I have never unlocked spectacle island. Could be fun!

It's a super fun place to build. I always build 300-400 large water purifiers (you can put more) encircling the island for the sake of making ridiculous amounts of caps and then store them in the workshop so I can actually make the island habitable.

I know you can get rid of trees and bushes with mods, but seriously Bethesda, how hard would it have been to let us do that in the base game? Or at least have them automatically get clipped by buildings? Nobody's going to put up with branches poking through the walls, even in the wasteland lol.

I really hope that bethesda keeps the build mode in future fallout games. If bethesda takes inspiration from mods then it could be a really fun way to spend time in game. Im not good at modding and always run into too many problems to mod my game much

YES!! I get so annoyed when branches clip through my walls! (Especially in that ONE house in the back lol)
