Fallout 4 Coastal Cottage No Mods Settlement Build Tour. Village, Rest Stop and Radio Base 2023

Rated as one of the toughest places to build by many players, I knew I had my work cut out on this one.
In this no-mods playthrough build I've tried to come up with a scrappy lore-friendly settlement that looks like it has some history to it. Did I manage it? I'll let you tell me in the comments below.
