+Artemis Martyn Yeah New Vegas is my favourite because it gives you the most choice to be good or bad and gives you a lot more options and different ways to complete quests. In fallout 4 you rarely have a choice on how you want to play, especially the dialogue options.

+Artemis Martyn I just hope a mod comes out that lets you go and bet in the races. Perhaps there is the normal betting that lets you win the higher your luck is(imagine the uproar/upset when a protectron that you bet in outrun every bot to the point some of the raiders will try to shoot you because they lost everything). Besides that, it is a great area for potential quests or if not the mod can allow you to buy the place and make it your own settlement/gambling den etc. Now that will be great.

They really should have changed Danse's lines to be different after the ending. He keeps talking as if he were still in the Brotherhood, which sucks because he could have had some interesting dialogue. He could've become a whole new character, but Bethesda just got lazy. Same with the way Cait acts after getting cured. She says she sees the world clearly, but barely acts any differently than she did when she was addicted.

Codsworth has another line when you find the terminals that control the robots. He asks you to put them out of their misery. Actually Codsworth takes the entire thing very personal, really shows that he has emotion, even if he doesn't think he does.

This location is an example of what's wrong with Fallout 4. It's a good game, don't get me wrong. But in FO3 or NV this would be an interesting settlement with its own quest line and people to meet. But in FO4, it's just another raider camp to get XP from. Just so many interesting locales wasted on yet another faceless raider camp. That's my biggest gripe with FO4.

when i first encountered this is was on my first brotherhood mission to take out the super mutants at that old military base. I heard the announcer first and I though it was just a prerecorded announcer from before the war. Always seemed like somebody on the dev team had bigger plans, places like this and the Combat Zone felt like they ought to have more to them, and maybe even the oppertunity to bet a few caps, some dialogue evrn hints at it. I get the impression it was cut, which is a shame because it turns interesting locations into more generic raider fights. The game could have benefititted from more distinct raider gangs that weren't always default hostile so you could at least have an oppertunity for a difficult speech check to get on their good side.

+ImmortalDragonLord You need console commands (and patience) to get Danse out of power armor. Funny how no one asks this when I make him wear red dresses, but everyone is shocked in this video. As for the coat, same thing as when Jennifer was wearing the coat and kept Danse as companion. You can kill Maxson, but as long as the ship stays intact, Danse will follow, or at least he does in my game. Complete his quest first.

It's a brand new mod, posted yesterday, it wasn't possible to mod Danse out of the power armor before, but the new version of FO4Edit makes it possible so yay, slender man begone :D

This mod Allows Paladin Danse to be commanded out of his Power Armor, just like any other companion. FluffyNinjaLlama Figured it was console commands. It's not possible to get Danse out of power armor otherwise. I think the reason nobody asks about the dress is because they, like myself, are laughing their asses off when you shame him like that. :D In my game that's not the case. I blew up the Prydwen just last night so I expect something negative from Danse. But Danse stopped being my companion before I blew the ship up. This happened when I went to Mass Fusion with the Institute. He wasn't with me, and now all I can do with him is trade. No talking, no asking to follow, just trading.

This is such a big problem with fallout 4. this place could be like a cool quest place or you could maybe even talk with these raiders or bet on the robots but no. as soon as any of them see you its just shoot first ask questions later, fallout is and RPG first, not a shooter. god damn bethesda

There's so many features in this game that could've been like being able to bet on these "horses" or being able to fight at the combat zone which was going to be a feature instead of being attacked by raiders
