Another top tip, for noob players (on PC). Keyboard hotkeys. Allows you to access favourite items quickly. For instance, stimpacks (typically the = key). Cuts down on time when needing health quickly, without going through the process of using the favourites wheel....

Hi, everyone. I am so lost with ranking up and using my perk cards. I am at level 79 and I started at level one. I cannot seem to be able to keep adding one point at a time when I rank up to each of the special sections. As of today, I have: S:15, P:9, E:5, C:9, I:10, A:8, and L:3. (59 points total), but I am stuck without being able to keep adding points. "LUCK" has been at "3" for over 20 levels now and I can't add a point to make it a "4". Again, I cannot or forgot how to do it, or I changed something on my end that I cannot get back to being able to add points. I can only add to an single perk card (add a start to it) without being able to add a point to the larger "Luck" category, for example. Ques: Do I have to wait until I get to level 100 (as an example) to once again start adding to my SPECIAL? Is it possible to add 15 points to each SPECIAL category? Is there a limit to how many point one can put into SEECIAL before one can no longer add points? HELP! LOL. This part is not very intuitive. Thanks!

You can only add to your special stats up to level 50 Once you get there thats all you can add .. with the exception of Legendary perks which can then be leveled for an additional 5 in the specific stat. So as you are you cannot add anything else to special without losing a point from something else.

Which legendary S.P.E.C.I.A.Ls would you recommend leveling first?

It depends entirely on your build, but typically i go for strength or intelligence since i almost always have one of them since 6 str or 6 intelligence is a must for nearly all builds xD
