It’s really cool, but…so many things need to go to the open market instead of just the atom store only. It’s a bit annoying to have some items be sold in the store and then never see them again, only to see them appear on players - which is cool, but what’s the point of attempting to get them if they aren’t available in the game anyway? I can understand with some of the items being only available in specific areas with specific NPC vendors - like the daredevil suit being sold on the boardwalk in Atlantic City and the municipal gear being sold in the opposite area of the casino, not the boardwalk. Same with the fanatic stuff and union stuff being sold both vendors in the Pitt area too. Why don’t they have armed security guards and caravans with the expeditions? Seems like a very missed opportunity for players to take on those areas more and allow for them to be used way more.

@@donnerblitzen1388 Everything is designed around microtransactions. It will always be their primary focus. The Atomic Shop heavily leans into the F.O.M.O. (Fear of missing out) strategy. That's why almost everything goes away after a short amount of time. Personally, I've long said that I'm not a fan of seasonal content like the scoreboard. I'd much rather see all the content from the scoreboard added to the base game through meaning content like missions, events, and vendors. I'd also go so far as to say that old Atomic Shop items that they don't want to sell anymore should be introduced in that fashion. A lot of Atomic Shop crap does return to the store at a later time. Normally it'll be on sale when it returns, but occasionally it'll be combined into a newer bundle.
