I literally rolled 2 excavator arms with 20% weapon weight reduction last night in 4 rolls

I have one of the Excavator chests with a jetpack mod... got it from someone for 40k caps... I had no idea you could reroll that armor without losing the jetpack mod... That's interesting.

A month ago I finally obtained the right leg of WW reduced Excavator to complete the armor and is very good because I run around with a combination of LMGs, Plasma Casters, Gatling Guns and whatever weapons I collect from events. EDIT: I watched the video. This is some of the worst luck I seen. I will be fair I when rolled ten pieces of armor before obtaining my right leg. I got 3 out of 10.

I don't understand why people shit on this armor, I prefer (and only use) x-01 because it's cool af, the t65 because it's really good and the union (glitched part) because it's pretty cool too

I have Skellscream skin(Atomic Shop) on my helmet and it still shows up for scrapping, very annoying. Had to destroy a 3 star shishakabob because I couldn't remove the sword skin but I can scrap my power armor helmet. Wut Bethesda?!? I finally got overeater on all my limbs and auto stim on torso. Torso=Food weight/+1 Charisma, LA=+25% reduced disease/Ammo weight, RA=food weight/+1 charisma, LL=+1 endurance /5% to do 12 fire damage, and RL+1 Strength/75% to reduce damage by 15%. Not best rolls but good enough for now.

Armor rolls never go well for me but my first Fixer was bloodied explosive then got a bloodied 50% vats hit 25% less ap fixer drop from beast of burden. Rolled 64 pieces of SS and got two unyielding.

I've been waiting to craft some Union. I have a set but its just random 3 star pieces, but now I have plenty of modules and cores to spare on my PA character I can't craft it!

honestly, when it comes to wanting to maximize the most convenience when playing, the perfect roll for my Excavator is a full set of Overeaters or Troubleshooters / +1 Strength / Weapon Weight Reduction. likewise for non-PA, i'll aim to get a perfect roll of my Secret Service armor with Unyielding / +1 Strength / Weapon Weight Reduction.

I was rerolling the same armor this makes more sense though so you can scrap or sell the pieces you dont want.

After i accidentally sold a leg of power armour i was wearing and basically had to use all my caps to buy it back i favourited that shit Now at least if i do accidentally hit sell or scrap or trade i get the pop up to save my ass

I have never rolled a good pew pew or armor all i got are from random event drops i hot all of my excavator xo1 and ultrasite overeaters from drops

To each their own, but you can change your perk cards to suit your gear a lot easier than rolling hundreds of modules

Wiggle if you have been able to craft Union armor you still can, when you are at the PA crafting station use the Toggle unlockable option, and union armor will show up as an option to craft.

This doesn't work for me. It acts like I can craft it then nothing happens. I got my union power armor through the scoreboard.

When I try rolling for a specific effect, I try hopping servers for a few rolls & I stop rolling when I get at least one good roll & then I try again the next day. I dunno if it will be any better for you but I think it`ll be better for you rather than rolling all of your modules at once on the same server & on the same play session? Give it a try & see if it helps you.

What is the issue with bolstering on power armor?

Bolstering only works when defense is lowered. Most low health builds prefer Unyielding armor instead. Bolstering could still potentially be fun for a Berserker or Instigating Melee build. My guess is that it was initially intended as a pvp oriented stat.

Power Armor already gives you good damage resistance along with damage reduction. The benefit from bolstering is insignificant.
