@@godzillasgreaser70413 is the OG 3D era fallout game and had a lot of charm to it, New vegas took what worked in 3 and did it better. 4 suffers mainly in the writing department, it cannot compare to previous entries and the overall gameplay was a mixed bag, in terms of gunplay; it was significantly improved such as making it smoother to shoot and move, making grenades their own button instead of having to awkwardly switch, Vats being a slow down vs a full stop is more a preference and a lot of the perks being reworked to have multiple perks via perks having levels was somewhat interesting but overall the worst aspect of fallout 4 was the dulling down or outright removal of heavy rpg mechanics such as skill checks and the limitation of dialogue with the introduction of the voiced protagonist which severely locked you into generic “archetypes” of dialogue, rather than giving you a boatload of context or skill based dialogue options.
