Nice to see you again. Great game. Though I never liked it as much as the sequel. I am embarrassed to admit I didn't get to finish it for the first time till some time in the previous decade. Even though I had the game since day one. I love the turn based aspect of it.

Yes, at that time Internet was in its infancy and walk through were in the classic way. I recall I played with my friends to Lucas Arts adventure games and later sharing a new finding when someone was blocked. For Fallout I managed to finish last summer (this video is the intro of the eventual play I did). I had to look once in the Internet how to hack the computer in the super mutant basement. I could not pass through without that.

If it was real time it would look Diablo. I think the idea was to focus on strategic elements during the fight more than action
