I actually just watched a New Vegas cut content video earlier today, and they mentioned that "Avenge Pahrump" graffiti. Pahrump is a town in Nevada that was going to be featured in the game, but was cut early on. The only left over assets for it were the graffiti and a building that was recycled for the hotel in Westside. I'd guess the town was going to be destroyed by the Legion, before Obsidian changed their minds and switched it out with Nipton.

Unfortunately, I think he and I have similar tastes in movies and profanity, and he hit the modding scene long before I ever did, so now everything I do will forever be haunted by the looming specter of: "lol the0verseer = someguy2000 confirmed!"

With the exception of his latest one, most of th3overseer's mods do and he's been pretty open about taking inspiration from SG2K. Eliza is basically lesbian Russell (in terms of political views, anyway), Alquist is a lighter gray Glanton, Sullivan is a less funny and more evil Bobby Bass, and Sheridan seems to have a lot in common with Marko. That's not a criticism btw, everything is going to crib from something. For NVB3 Someguy basically just copied the plot of The Great Silence beat for beat, (he even had Dragbody make custom outfits for the player and Marko that mirror the protagonist and antagonist's outfits in the film) and the original ending was even going to be the same except that Marko would leave you alive but crippled instead of killing you like his counterpart in TGS does to the protagonist.

npcs in games such as bethesda games are coded to have infinite ammo except in certain diffuclties or situations but the system still needs to check their inventory so they put a couple bullets in a npcs pocket so they can shoot thier neverending supply.

The bit about Ralph Nader and the Pinto is pretty inaccurate. He was not part of any government agency, he was an independent lawyer and activist and wrote the book Unsafe at Any Speed in 1965, which predated the Ford Pinto and claimed US vehicles were generally unsafe, with the Chevrolet Corvair held up as a specific example. Congress passed the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act a year later, partly in response to the book. The Pinto was also never banned, but rather discontinued by Ford as the lawsuits and bad reputation made it an unprofitable production. Amusing bit nonetheless, and I understand that memory isn't perfect.

The knife im question is a spetnaz NRS-2. Fires a 7.62X41 MM SP-4 round. It's made by Tula arms and is still in service today. And available still. They have an effective range of 25 meters. Alternatively. There is a survival knife available as well called the NR-2 where the gun chamber is replaced with survival equipment such as a compass waterproof matches and such.
