The ghoul at the observatory that says it's her. That is the ghoul that thanked Lucy for freeing them all at the Super Duper Market. It's supposed to be like the side quests in the game. You can run into captured people and if you choose to save them, they can end up at any faction, or you direct them to a safe location. Then if you decide to side with that faction, or you make it to their base, the character you saved will notice you, or talk about your good graces allowing you to pass safely into that base. Or they can be some store owner that now offers a discount for your act of kindness. Edit: The point of the factions not being 100% the correct way, is part of the choice the player has to make throughout each game. Deciding who they think is more moral, or better suited to rule each region. That's why Maximus says everyone wants to save the world but can't agree on how. It shows that Maximus is more like a player, he pretends to be into the Brotherhood ideology so he has access to their tech and knowledge.

When "Ms. Williams" (aka Moldaver) says, "...their better future is a cliff's edge," I think is a subtle hint to The Cliff's Edge Hotel in the Fallout 4 Far Harbour DLC which also has a hidden vault. Vault 31 was supposed to be top tier managers and Bud wanted to release these "managers" when "the world's surface is wiped clean." However, who are they going to manage when "they are the only ones left?" If there are only managers, each one of them will at each other's throat to gain power. The code that unlocks the "cold fusion" device (101097) is a nod to the date that the first Fallout game was released (October 10, 1997).

Actual reasons people went to California: 1) Gold Rush, 2) To get away from Thomas Edison. Basically all the various reasons since that #2 stem from it in one way or another. The Elder Cleric is right that the Brotherhood of Steel has lost it's way... the ironic thing is that he embodies that fact. The questions I have due to the Fallout TV show include: "What happened to the NCR?" "What happened to the Brotherhood of Steel that they're like this now?" (It's not implausible, but... it requires some explanation) "How is Moldaver?" ... She was alive pre-war, I guess. Is alive and apparently un-aged over 200 years later... she's not a Super-Mutant... or Ghoul... so... what gives? And she came to be a high-profile figure in the NCR before... something... happened and Shady Sands was destroyed? Like... How? (I'm not saying it's impossible within the scope of established lore... it just... raises a LOT of questions.) All of my complaints about the Fallout TV series I attribute to it being Bethesda Fallout, not classic fallout... and are ultimately relatively small details. If you're okay with Bethesda Fallout, I actually think Fallout 4 is probably the easiest starting point. Obviously, I'm partial to classic Fallout. The original Fallout is a masterpiece. It's an Isometric RPG from the late 1990s, though... and that may not be to your taste.

What the experiment is in 33 you could experience 7 episodes before it was clarified in the 8th episode and also come up with it yourself. Because all of that was shown in the characters of 33. Absolute positivity and kindness in every way of life. In addition, conditioning through certain idioms, the perfect manipulation. That's why Lucy's brother can be seen as an absolute failure of the experiment. He's negative, doesn't feel like doing anything, doesn't show any interest. I also think he's a psychopath. He sees people being killed and shows interest and fascination for the first time. He is the one who wants to kill the prisoners and probably poisoned them himself and pinned it on the other guard. It was well planned. He hardly shows any emotions and is not particularly sensitive. He asks what the day was like after many of his people died. While this looked funny, it shows a lack of compassion in him.

The one thing from the season finale that puzzled me was how Henry removed the Knight from his armor there in the observatory after he was freed from the cage by Maximus and then put the armor on himself. We know that Maximus (who is a lot younger and stronger than Hank) had quite a time with Titus and the armor and so how did Hank do all that while Maximus and Lucy were standing just a few feet away from him? They never even noticed? It would have played better I think if Hank had asked Maximum to help him with the armor while Lucy was having her nervous breakdown because she had just learned her dad was a big jerk. Then once Hank was in the armor then he could knock Maximus out and escape. Ironic really since Maximus said he joined the Brotherhood to hurt the people that hurt him and Hank is that very person having sent the bomb to blow up Shady Sands.

The reason for the three vault system probably has to do with a theoretical breeding system that uses outside influences, raiders, to “empty” a vault every now and again forcing a split in the surviving vaults thus the occasional deletion of 1 vault leads to the coupling of the other two vaults
@ZachSawyer20775 ай бұрын
No, it was basically made to give Vault 31 people two other Vaults to "manage". This solution gave big advantages like: keeping the genetics sane for longer periods of time, to have two experiments going at the same time so they could confront data. All to create more "Bud's buds".
