"In Fallout: Wasteland Warfare, players build their own crew from a wide range of factions, allies, and iconic characters from the Fallout series, then play in apocalyptic games of 3-30 high-quality 32mm scale resin miniatures through a huge variety of iconic scenery and settlement buildings, from the Red Rocket to Sanctuary Hills, Nuka-Cola vending machines and wrecked vehicles. Settlements include buildings, defenses, and resources that impact the crew's army list and abilities in the wasteland.
Fallout: Wasteland Warfare includes an entire narrative campaign arc as well as unique random missions with narrative-style objectives, and crew caps recovered in missions can be used to improve the crew's perks, weapons, gear, and upgrades for the next encounter. In either player vs. player or tournament mode, players try to survive the tabletop wasteland.
​The game uses a customizable solo-play AI deck to control enemies that play to their strengths and replicate a faction’s tactics while attempting a narrative mission or straight caps based battle. Play through a solo campaign or set up AI forces as a third party in your player vs player or co-op games.
Campaign expansions will unlock deeper crew building and AI experiences, new campaigns and let you perfect your settlement-building strategy. This will allow players to attack each other's bases to win rewards. Team up with a friend to defend a larger settlement or explore narrative missions in cooperative games against AI forces or the post-apocalyptic dangers of the wasteland.

i really hope you doing a full solo playthrough as soon as possible! :) this game is so intriguing. but the news on solo play, and solo campaign play are very few.... didn´t order yet...

Thanks for the vid. Really want this game... not sure I can justify the cost thought as I am not sure I can find someone else to also be interested. What was the overall fun level for you?

I enjoyed the demo. As most demos are scaled back version of a full play. So it has me intrigued as I know the scenarios and gameplay is much deeper based on the rules I’ve read. I’ve got high hopes for this one and the demo helped cement that in my mind. I’ve also got an unboxing coming of the starter set to show you guys. :)

Thanks. After watching this, and reading some things, I decided to buy into this game. Also reading about settlement campaign rules helped push me over (I'm a sucker for base building). Looking forward to getting it now :)

the good news is it has a full AI mode, so you can play single player OR play a 2 player co-op game versus the AI

Yea, I was only referring to the starter box... out of the whole range probably the behemoth is my favorite.... But I loved painting the core box... you can find some videos of those on my channel if you are interested in seeing the painted minis :)

Looks great and the gameplay seems not to copmlicated aswel. I just pre ordered the basic starter a few months ago, but after seeing this video i'm getting some other factions aswel hehe :D

The last development blog on the Modiphius site had it shipping from China to the U.K in June. Then from the U.K to U.S. I believe it’s supposed to start hitting doorsteps and retail in the U.S mid to late this month. I’m in Canada so I may see a tad of a delay. Maybe.

When I watched a demo on Friday they told me that they could have sold some at the show, but considered that to be very unfair to the preorder folks. So, that implies that they're going to be hitting folks doorsteps pretty soon.

I dropped my Solomon Kane pledge cause I am still debating if to preorder either the Survivors or Brotherhood of Steel bundle direct from modiphius. I can get the basic starter from my LFGS but it wont include Nuka Girl. Mainly looking at this for solo and campaign over skirmish. Infinity is still possibly one of the better skirmish miniature games around. Mind you Legion is looking like its a hit and the new Warhammer Kill Team may see new life in 40K. Shame none have a solo mode, especially Infinity and Kill Team, the starter sets come with terrain. Will make my finial decision in the next day or two.

Ah yes, tough decisions! I went with Fallout as it has solo and co-op play. A game without those doesn’t see the table enough to justify the ongoing expense of a miniatures game. That’s just me though, I need more ways to play the game ;) In terms of Solomon Kane, in the last few minutes of the video Az gives some good details on the PM and that late pledges will be available. So it’s great they’re giving everyone a second chance and nothing will be missing from the PM.

Yea, miniature warfare games can make a dent in the wallet. I have spent well over $1000 AUD on Infinity, mind you its miniatures are of the charts over anything else cause they are metal. Plus its also my goto painting hobby option cause of the whole anime/manga style. I do keep coming back to fallout as a potential alternate, plus the scale should work with fallout the board game so you could replace tokens with miniatures.

Very cool! Ya, I’ve had to choose wisely with miniature games and keep them to a minimum. I like the collector aspect of them which can be a steep slope haha

True, Star Wars Legion keeps tugging at me because of the whole Star Wars collection aspect. Just wish it was the same scale as Imperial Assualt.

I got to play the gencon scenario that ran three hours. Had TONS of fun with my friend fending off the hordes of Super Mutants. Can't wait till it hits retail it is an auto buy!

This is Fallout Wasteland Warfare and the terrain is custom made. So this terrain won't be available. However, they did mention they're exploring terrain options. Battle Systems has the best post apocalyptic terrain that will match the Red Rocket set they're releasing. The rest is unknown for now!

Miniatures look very cool, but overall card graphic design is quite amateur and ugly. Tokens look very thin and low quality. Pass for me.
