Even though we had the original NES for sale in Argentina, most bought a clone to play Captain Tsubasa and the Kunio games. They were huge here.

Yesterday Famidaily was SD Gundam episode and today's Kunio-kun. Dec 92 was kind of strong for FC 😊

I used to be part of the Kakutou Densetsu community for a while. You can find countless vids in KZbin by using the keyword “KD” with fans translations, different skins, new characters and many many mods with different bosses like Misuzu from the original Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun or the Dragon Twins. I think the fan remake was done by some of the original developers. I’m in the process of a Fangame but more a kind of mixing the original Nekketsu Kouha game with more current beat’em up mechanics. There’s two more Kunio games on the famicom, can’t wait until you get to review them!!

I was kinda sore that you couldn't play as kunio and riki in this game.

This is a good lookin and good playin game, even with all the characters on the screen. Minimal slowdown and flicker is almost non-existent. Compare to 1988's Dodgeball and you can see how much they've improved at this style of game.

Remember that in super dodgeball one character flickered always because he was the character being targeted, and that part was per design.

Mario could also team up with Kunio and beat up Goombas, Koopas or anybody else ‼️ Why didn't they make that I wonder ❓
