Hi Sir, can a parent file for i-485 and i-131 if his/her child is still an LPR? Will the lpr child not allowed to file for i-130 for concurrent filing? If not, will the i-485 and i-131 be filed alone? Thank you.

Hi sir I file i130 and I 485 together in2019 . I get my interview In November 2020 I get stock interview . I receive NOID in septembre 2021 . I send respond for NOID in November 2021, i get approved for I130 and i765 approved in March 2022 , I receive RFE i693 remake médical exam for my i485 . What is the next step ? I will get another interview? Thanks

Hi Jim, l was a green card holder when l file I-130 in September 2017 for my three sons , 2 of them were 17 yrs and the other over 21 yrs, l received the receipt letters from Usics, since then I never heard from them, in November 2019, l call Usics to inquire about my case, and they send me a letter that, my case was transferred to the National Benefit Center, l waited till now , l call Usics early this August and they said my case has been transferred back to California center, l should give them 6 weeks l will hear from them, am now a citizen, my question is why they didn’t approve my case , coming September will be 3 years. I don’t know what’s going on with my case, l need a help.
