I’ve been looking for canopy tents. Looked at the EZ up version but I like that these can be combined to another tent.

I have 2 and i clip them together one is the bedroom one is the living room. Cause when i go camping I’m glamping. Also this tent has weathered MANY storms no problem. Trips were everyone else’s tents got blown away

Ive had mine for a year now. Used it on 3 camping trips. I highly recommend it. Easy to put up and fold down in just 10 minutes. Plenty of room to stand up (im 6 foot). Lots of usuable space and a strong design. Bought it on amazon for $99 dollars.

It’s like having your own cabin anywhere you go. Here’s a photo from a trip I took with it camping in San Diego by the ocean. instagram.com/p/B3QTGByB20P/

Are you using additional canopy besides the tent?
@houstontxdave68766 жыл бұрын
Been trying to decide which brand of 10x10 hanging tents to buy. Ive looked at Field and Stream, Standing Room and others. This one seems to be the right one. We enjoy the outdoors and camping but dont like small tents. We like the idea of being able to stand up completely.

I highly recommend this, since a lot of people already have a canopy. I'm sure you'll love it. It's like having a cabin in the woods.

Looks nice and I really like the idea of using the canopy frame. I wonder if it’s possible to put a cover over the top of the canopy frame just to give another layer of protection from the sun, snow, rain, etc
@BushcraftDave7 жыл бұрын
Hello brother, oh yes my mistake for not showing it but that’s the way you’re supposed to have it. I wanted to show what it looks like without the cover and totally forgot to record when I had it on.

That tent would be great to use with my Coleman cot. I'm old and disabled so I don't sleep on the ground or in a hammock. Gotta have a regular bed!

I love having a comfy place to sleep in while camping too. During the day I can do just about anything as long as I have a nice comfy bed to sleep 😴 thanks for sharing your thoughts Rob!

Thanks for this video. It is 100% needed because the factory instructions leave a LOT to be desired. Well done. I do have a question for you... what is the olive green "tarp piece" used for that is in the tent bag? It has connections but I can't figure out what it's used for. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Thank you Big Al! I use the little tarp piece as a door mat 👍

@BushcraftDave4 жыл бұрын
Hi Dee I just back from a backpacking trip. The one I used is from Amazon and it isn’t exactly fit. The roof is a bit higher than the most common canopies. I would highly suggest you go to Walmart and buy a Coleman 10x10 canopy, remember the legs have to straight up and down, no slant angle. If you need help let me know and I’ll send you a link. Walmart has a 90 day return policy that’s very easy

@BushcraftDave7 жыл бұрын
Hey Dave that’s a valid point of view. If you don’t already have a canopy then it might not worth it but if you already have one, I think it’s a pretty good deal, but the current price is higher then when I got it. I just checked the link and the listing only has one color choice now, before there is as two. The price was $120. I’ve used cabin tents with poles before and I prefer this set up in my humble opinion. The canopy is sturdy and more easily set up, you can do it alone. I like the perpendicular walls instead of slanted. I also like the taller ceiling.
