I've been following along with this video but I am a bit confused as to why you did not start with the opening for the door and build the door into the walls instead of adding the FREE FLOATING door at the end. Does not seem as sturdy as it should.

Her dome room is beautiful! I wasn't sure what to expect the finished dome would actually look like in the end and it turned out to be pretty awesome. I LOVE the glass bottles and the glass you added to the door really created some beautiful features to the overall beauty of the dome. I am looking forward to seeing the videos when you start building your home.

I lived my whole life in the U.S.A.--until 2018. After 6 years in Central America, I came here to Baja California. Like you, we don't get much rain here. We get so little that I was kind of surprised to hear you refer to rain as bad weather, Ashleigh (although I agree it's not great outdoor projects weather). Anyway, I'm really enjoying your video. Your friend Hayden is amazing. 🤩He should be called the "Awesome Aussie."
