He just come from that part of the country where giving a kiss is traditional and he didn't give it a second thought. Not meant to be dirty, purely innocent. All Steve Harvey's questions on family feud is always centerd around sex. To me the name of the show should be changed from family feud. It's no longer a family show since Steve harvey come to host it. Steve Harvey is far from being funny. #Annoying

The best family feud ever was with Richard Dawson he was the best love to kiss 😂I wouldn't recommend that now it's far to much going on u use to be able to kiss but now you'll wake up with bumps and blisters on your lips I feel so cheated I should have been born in the 60's and 7o's it's unfair

Richard Dawson will ALWAYS Be Family Feud God Bless His Soul, it's been 5 years since he's been gone from the earth What I LOVE about Family Feud back when it was Videotaped @ abc Television Center in HOLLYWOOD the home to Dick Clark's American Bandstand Dawson, The Kisses, The Set, The Face-off Lights, The Theme Song and of course, the late great Gene Wood, but most of all, Dawson hated the BULLSEYE Game and I don't blame him Yes I said it, I like Dawson's Original Set better than Combs' Set and his colored Rainbow Face-off, it was too much color scheme to me, Dawson's Set felt more like Feud than Combs' Set Combs was okay, but he later got pretty bland and the BULLSEYE Game killed the show as well, plus some of his jokes were not that funny and he also let the families get too out of control and yelling and screaming @ each other Dawson's Return was special, but the O.J. Simpson Trial hurt the show's ratings Louie Anderson was the worst host and he acted like he didn't want to be there, plus I didn't like that awful 1 strike rule in the Triple Round John O'Hurley was 50/50, but he annoyed me whenever he jumps in Fast Money when he hears that buzzer and BULLSEYE also killed the show Al Roker was pretty bland and he wasn't Family Feud Material in my book Richard Karn is another one of favorite host of Feud, sure he could be annoying whenever he yells DOUBLE/TRIPLE THE POINTS, but hey, @ least he kept the game goin', acted like he wanted to be there, he was nice and friendly, but most of all, during Karn's 2nd Season, they brought back the 300 Point Rule as well as brought back the Double Points Round and made Sudden Death more interesting Steve Harvey is also my favorite, sure it's not the Family Feud we all know and love, but give this man his props, he SAVED Family Feud and he's also kickin' butt in the ratings, especially when he's competing against the likes of Wheel of Fortune, JEOPARDY!, Entertainment Tonight, Extra, numerous Talk Shows including Ellen & Dr. Phil and Judge Judy Steve Harvey also acknowledges Richard Dawson as being the Best Host and that's a blessing in itself and during Harvey's 1000th show, he upped the Fast Money Round to $50,000 and he also gives away a Brand New Car just like in John O'Hurley's Final Season and those rules the rules to win a Brand New Car if you win 5 games was taken from Barry & Enright Game Shows Tic Tac Dough, The Joker's Wild, Play the Percentages and the AWESOME BULLSEYE

Yeah, what a liar, he said all the time he didn't drink but 'I think the lady doth protest too much." He was always slurring his words and on one show I saw him stumble. I've been around a lot of drunks in my life (in my family) and I know what it looks like.

@@cb90 Here are some things people might not know about Richard Dawson: 1. He had perforated eardrums. When a person has a hearing problem, they'll stumble around because their hearing has a lot to do with their sense of balance. I never did hear how that happened, though, even after looking it up online. 2. He got his nose broken during a boxing match, *not* by a jealous husband who didn't like it that he kissed his wife on The Feud. That may be the reason why he spoke in a "nasal twang". If he *did* drink right before the show, people would have known about it, especially the women, because they wouldn't have wanted him to kiss them. I'm not sure where people get their information about this, but leave him alone. he's dead!

Kisses are weird. Kisses random people during the show and kisses all of them at the end of it. You don't see that on TV anymore. Wow, that's out there. The verbal toying is still there though. Steve Harvey did a lot of that. He says some potentially dirty or triggering things. I bet in the future they won't do that anymore either. BUT Steve Harvey is easily my favorite versus that other boring brick.

You obviously didn't live in the Richard Dawson era where you could feel his charm and likability. He'd lean in for a kiss and really it was the women who could either make it on the cheek or the mouth. They had a poll to get him to stop and 704 people wanted him to stop while 14,600 wanted him to continue.
