Family Feud TAS Tribute

My favourite TAS in the world is of Family Feud for the SNES. It was created by Heisanevilgenius, and can be found here: tasvideos.org/1248M.html This TAS is a tribute to that one.
This was something I threw together a little while ago. I was really low on sleep so not all the jokes land, and I only just now decided to stop being lazy and encode the damn thing. Enjoy!

In general, it works by looking for all the letters in an answer, in order, even if they're not in a row. For example, "COol button oh My B*" gives COMB. There are a few other quirks, like ignoring double letters ("BOK" would match "BOOK") but for the most part, the first thing I said explains the answers. Whenever you can't find the letters in the answer on the board mixed in with what I typed, it's probably because the game has a few synonyms programmed for every correct answer, and I was matching one of them. The very last answer confuses even me. I can't figure out exactly why it works. My guess is that it has something to do with a synonym that was programmed in for "OCEAN", namely "SEA", but the closest you can get with the letters I typed is "SAE". There must be some other system for handling misspellings that I'm not aware of.

@@undergroundmonorail I think I've got it. The text parser may have simply interpreted "SE" as "SEE" and gone "hmm, that's close enough to SEA, and SEA is basically OCEAN. Number one answer!" Either that or the game basically gave up and said "y'know what, fuck it, I don't get paid enough for this."
