This family has been home during the quarantine, so they decided to foster puppies. Everyone in the family fell in love with them, but the dad formed an extra special bond with the sweetest goodbye.

I made that same mistake 3 different times. Every time, ME: 😍 🐶, I can't let them go. After the 3 time fostering I just ran out of room. Now I have 3 fur butt babies ages 10, 11, 14 I promised my husband that I wouldn't get another if & when my fur butt babies pass. My Response: Sure honey 😉 😉 Maybe we should just foster again.🤣🤣🤣

rwest1833_MGTOW: Dominik Fittschen : Watch Kitten Lady here on KZbin. I went to one of her seminars and that was the prevailing comment about why people didn’t want to foster. She said it was actually selfish to say that we would get to emotional he attached and in turn would not be able to save a life. It’s switched my way of thinking and although it’s hard we need foster parents so badly to help make room for more animals in the shelters. ❤️ If you can’t foster, help in other ways! We need you! 😀

I was looking for a companion for my older dog, and I found two dogs “to choose from”. The dogs were raised together, and when I said I didn’t particularly want two dogs, but I didn’t want to adopt just one dog, but the foster lady said they would do ok separated. I wound up adopting both dogs, and I’m glad I did. They have a strong bond to each other. Where one is, the other one is there within a minute, and they have to be touching each other when they sleep. I couldn’t adopt just one dog, after knowing they were from the same house (a hoarding situation). I wish this family would have kept both dogs.

@y_fam_goeglyd
@y_fam_goeglyd 3 жыл бұрын
@@tangytablets5150 one good reason is that they grow up and become BIG dogs! They already have another, and of course they have a human family to take care of. Hard as it is, giving them up to a great forever family can be the best thing for the dogs and family in the long run. Besides, if you rehome foster animals, it means you have room to take in other needy cases. They're just as deserving. I'm not saying giving them up would be an easy thing to do! Just that usually, it's the best thing to do on the grand scheme of things. Dogs and other animals who've been house trained (not just to be clean indoors but to know what the behavioural limits are inside) stand a *much* better chance of being adopted. So by fostering, you're rescuing dogs, cats, etc, and preventing them being put down. It really is as black & white as that oftentimes.

Leaving your dog in a crate in the am is not neglect some people work and do not have a sitter nor back yard and sometimes have to put their babies up for a few hours. Some people don't want their pet to pee and poop all over the house nor tearing it up while they're away. As long as the crate is big enough for them for them to move and walk a little and has their food and water I don't think there's anything wrong with doing that. As long as their not in there ALL day

2:05 never ever let your animals play with socks!! Even though they are puppies now, they will learn to think it's another toy, but just a little bit older and they can easily swallow those socks and they probably won't be able to 'pass' them leading you to have an emergency surgery at the vet hospital! I work at an animal hospital and we get surgeries like that ALL the time, young dogs swallowing things they shouldn't have and needed emergency surgery to remove item. Not cheap either! Only let them play with toys meant for them and their appropriate size! Same with hair-tyes and cats! Sorry to be the Debby Downer on such a precious video. But I just want to spread awareness to those who do not know or realize the dangers of something so simple seeming.

We recently adopted 2 kittens together from the same litter. They are thick as thieves. I'll continue getting animals in 2's. The brothers share such a special bond with one another.

When Day 5 happened. I felt that. I told my sis when we got our last puppy that I'll keep him with me for our day 5 (coincidentally) ... gave him back to her the next day :') I needed my sleep LOL. Fast track 6 months later though, he's amazing and healthy

as a kid my dad would not let our dogs in the house, so I thought I was doing great by letting them in, but still didn't think they should sleep in bedroom. None of my puppies ever let me sleep until I relented and let them sleep in the bedroom. I don't even try anymore. Just leave the door open. Now it is one of the best things, to have them cuddle up.

Luckily you don't decide. The most important thing is found them loving home not store with no reason. Dog is responsibility and not every person can have two dogs. Searching for a person who can take both need time. Time to puppy could bond with new owner.

Thank God for Foster pet parents! I would not be strong enough to let them go after falling in love with any of the animals.... I own 2 cats, presently, and have owned dogs through the years. I see an animal, practically any animal and I go weak in the knees...instant love! So Bless each and everyone of the Fosters!

So many times over the years I've passed on opportunities to work at animal shelters or pet shops because I knew it would break my heart every time one of my friends left forever with someone else. Can't imagine how this family let these sweet pups go. (Sniff, sniff, sob)

Put a clock(alarm type) that you can hear ticking near their pen. I quieted down a litter of 12 with 2 of them, after Mom decided she didn't want her pups anymore. They were about 4 weeks old.

If you listened carefully, you would hear it said 'we will plan play dates.' In other words they kept the female puppy & re-homed Hansel to a family with children who needed him as much as he needed the individual attention. They are good pet-parents. Saw a need & fulfilled it. GOD BLESS!

Wa Wa dogs aren't like that at all, sure they miss their brother or sibling, but they can let go of their mom for example, they can do this too :), they love them very much and that's ehy they organized play dates so they can see eachother, don't say such bad things about the foster parents.

Wa Wa ikr! I commented the same thing of what u said ): every living thing has feelings it’s just like if I lose my sister… that’s how all dogs will feel if it happen to them. If the people really love the dogs, they would keep them all together 😢

Wa Wa very true I feel so happy to know someone loves animals just as much as me :D Most people only care about playing and loving the animals… they never care how they feel. Like when they do not like being tied outside people never think how they would feel if they were tied): everyone should be treated the same!

Wa Wa Not everyone has the money to keep TWO dogs living on the same house, they are foster parents, not adoptive parents, they just let the dogs live with them for a while, get your facts straight and grow up, the dogs will move on too, you should be able to understand that not everyone can do what YOU wantz

Wa Wa I wish the same but it’s hard to find a forever home for one it would take an angel with a golden heart to keep both and treat them good . I get so upset with some of these videos but I have to remember there are reasons they can’t keep the pups or the people adopting can’t take two 😔. I wish I had a sanctuary I would take them all 🤍

I am a COMPLETE DOG LOVER !!!🐶🐾🐾 And this video is so cute & special just knowing there are people out there like you adopting dogs especially in the times we are in! I hated the thought of the animals not having a place to go and a lot of people have really stepped up🙏🏼 I'm so glad your daughter has a friend to play with now too! I know it has to be especially lonely for children not to be able to have the regular play time with their friends also! Thanks for sharing this wonderful video with us all!
