Rear wheel drive doesn't refer to the engine being in the rear of the vehicle as traditional vehicles can be rear wheel drive as well. though that is possible it's still a shitty car.

One time me and a buddy were driving through a part of town where all the dealerships were, and when we got turned around we had to pull into one of the dealer lots to turn back into the street the other way, and I swear as soon as we pulled into that lot we saw everyone inside the dealer building crowd up to the glass, and there was visible disappointment when we just kept driving through and out.
